摘要
介绍了风险分析的基本原理、食品安全风险分析的起源和发展以及在国际和国内的应用现状,提出食品安全风险分析发展趋势,针对当前我国风险分析工作提出了一些建议。
This article introduces the basic principle of risk analysis and the history of development of food safety risk analysis .It give the examples of the using of risk analysis in our country and in the world recently .It also refer the direction of development on food safety risk analysis in the future.
