摘要
研究探讨酯交换法从蔗蜡中提取高碳脂肪醇的工艺条件,通过正交试验,得出最优工艺条件:以丁醇为溶剂,料液比为1∶15,反应时间为4 h和0.1%KOH醇溶液为催化剂,此时高碳脂肪醇的得率为:16.75%~17.34%。通过GC-MS对高碳脂肪醇分析检测,二十八烷醇含量为67.09%。
The extraction conditions of higher aliphatic alkanols from sugarcane wax using transesterification were studied and discussed in this paper. By the use of orthogonal experiments, the optimal extraction conditions were researched and obtained, which the extraction solvent was butanol, the ratio of material and liquid was 1:15, the reaction time was 4 h and using alcohol solution with 0.1% KOH as catalyst. As a result, the yield rate of higher aliphatic alkanols could be reached up to 16.75 %-17.34 %. From the analytic identification and quantification of the higher aliphatic alkanols using GC-MS, the content of octacosanol was found to be up to 67.09 %.
