摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷和3-哌嗪基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为原料,合成了哌嗪基硅油,然后乳化成哌嗪基硅油微乳液。将其用于纯棉平布的整理,结果发现,经哌嗪基硅油微乳液整理的纯棉平布不仅手感和抗皱性明显提高,对织物的吸湿性和白度影响较小;而且具有较持久的耐洗性。
Pip erazine-based silicone oil had been synthesized with α,ω--dihydroxydimethyp oly siloxane and 3-piperazinepropylmethyldimethoxysilane as starting materials. Then the microemulsion of piperazine containing silicone oil was prepared and was used to treate the plain cotton cloth. The softness and wrinkle resistance of the treated fabric were shown significantly improved. The treatment has little effect on the hy- drophility and whiteness of the treated fabric. It showed good durability to wash as well.
