摘要
土培试验研究了铜胁迫对苋菜幼苗生长和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,1.0mmol/kg以上浓度铜处理明显抑制茎和根的伸长,降低干物质积累,但增加了成熟叶的干重(1.0—2.0mmol/kg);显著增加成熟叶SOD和POD活性,降低CAT活性,并伴随MDA含量和细胞电解质渗漏增加。
This experiment investigated the effects of copper stress on the growth and antioxidant enzymes activities in Amaranthus tricolor seedlings. The results showed that Cu stress ( 〉 1.0 mmol/kg) significantly inhibited elongation of stem and root and reduced biomass accumulation, but increased dry weights of mature leaves (1.0- 2.0 Cu mmol/kg). Copper stress significantly increased the activities of SOD and POD in mature leaves, but decreased CAT activities. It in- creased malondialdehyde contents and electrolyte leakage under the condition of adding 〉 1.0 Cu mmol/kg.
