摘要
目的:观察两个厂家血脂试剂之间项目混用所产生的交叉污染情况,以便判断此两个厂家的血脂试剂能否混用,尽量选择两个厂家中即廉价又不影响检测结果的试剂。方法:用一个血清标本对4项血脂指标,即TC(氧化酶法)、TG(氧化酶法)、HDL-C(直接法)、LDL-C(直接法)连续做20次检测,先将两个厂家的试剂混合在一起做,观察各项目的变异系数;再用同一血清分别单独连续做20次科华试剂TC、TG两个项目及连续做20次另一厂家的试剂HDL-C、LDL-C两个项目,观察各项目的变异系数。结果:四个项目同时做时,科华的TG结果重复性较差,明显受到干扰;两个厂家的项目分开做时,各项目的重复性均较好。结论:此两个厂家的血脂试剂不能混用,四个项目只能选同一个厂家的试剂,否则就有交叉污染的可能,影响检测结果。
Objectives:To evaluate the cross contamination results when different reagents from two factories were utilized jointly for blood - lipid test so as to determine the applicability of the joint utilization method and it may potentially help to reduce the cost of clinical test through selective usage of cheaper reagents of the two factories. Methods : One serum sample was tested 20 times for TC ( with oxidase) , TG ( with oxidase) , HDL - C ( direct method) and LDL - C ( direct method) through joint usage of reagents from both factories. The coefficient of variation of each test item was analyzed. The same serum sample was tested 20 times for TC and TG with reagents from KEHUA factory, and for HDL - C and LDL - C with reagents from the other factory. Again, the coefficient of variation of each individual test item was analyzed. Results:For the joint utilization method, TG test result exhibits the poorest reproducibility indicating apparent interference while the results of four individual test items obtained through the exclusive usage of regents from the same factory (instead of joint utilization) all exhibit much better reproducibility. Conclusion :The reagents from these two factories cant be utilized jointly for the four items of blood - hpid test. Otherwise, test results will be affected by possible cross contamination.
