摘要
本文叙述了用感应炉熔炼及铸造锆-8.5wt%铀合金棒的工艺。铸棒的成份均匀,上下端面铀含量偏差不大于0.1%,因涂层坩埚带入的杂质含量均在允许范围,铸棒质量良好,合金的收得率为90%,用该工艺生产脉冲堆燃料棒要比电弧熔炼、挤压成型工艺简单,经济效益显著。
The casting technology of Zr-8.5wt%U alloy at 2000℃ by inductive heating and the experimental parameters are described. The results show that the composition of casted rods is homogeneous and the deviation of uranium content in different position of the rod is less than 0.1wt%. The content of impurities which come from coated crucible is in the allowable range The cast quality is good. The recovery of the casting alloy is 90%. The casting technology ismuch better than traditional are melting and extruding process in economic and simplification of the processes.
