摘要
粉尘比电阻的大小对电除尘器(EP)的性能影响很大。为了获得准确的结果,测定电除尘器粉尘比电阻时应对除尘器内的烟气性质、粉尘沉积层、电气参数进行模拟。介绍了常见的实验室测定法和现场测定法的原理,指出了这些方法在模拟除尘器内真实运行参数方面的不足之处及其对测量精度的影响。最后对一种新的测定技术及其特点作了简要的介绍。
The dust electric resistivity has a great impact on the performance of electric precipitator ( EP). To obtain accurate results, the measurements of dust-resistivity require the measurement conditions simulate the actual flue gas characteristics, dust sedimentary layer and electrical parameters inside the electric precipitator. The principles of current laboratory measurement methods and site measurement methods were introduced, and their deficiency in simulating real operation parameters inside the electric precipitator and its influence on measurement accuracy were pointed out. Finally, a new measurement technology and its features were introduced briefly.
