摘要
介绍了电力行业节能减排的现状,指出了在电力行业中存在的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了要继续大力推进电力结构调整进一步加强老机组的技术改造、推进法制化和市场化改革、完善节能减排机制、加强节能减排的科学研究、充分发挥行业自律作用的措施和建议。
In this paper the current status of energy saving and emissions reducing in power industry was introduced, and existing problems were pointed out, The following proposals were put foreword by author： to step up our efforts to promote the adjustment of electric power industrial structure, further strengthen technique transform for the old units, deep the reform of legal system and market, perfect the mechanism of energy saving and emissions reducing, intensify the research on science of energy saving and emissions reducing, give full play to the role of self- discipline.
