摘要
中国医院建筑正经历着经济体制、医学模式和技术革命的三大变革。这将在医院的价值观念、功能结构和空间形态等方面产生强烈的震撼和影响。当中国的医院床位指标达到了３床／千人之后，建设重点可能转向工作效率、环境品质的优化与提高，追求与整体医学模式相适应的整体医学环境，将成为医院设计的热点。寻求适用医疗技术与情感的平衡，突出自然生态环境的“绿色医院”，将成为新世纪的发展趋势。
At the turn of the century,the three transformations of economic system, medical pattern and technological revolution are taking place in Chinese hospital architecture. The changing of the economic system to a market economy, the medical care to management, and the medical pattern to biology, psychology, and social medical science. This will extremely expand the depth and breadth of medical space. This technological revolution will change the industrial society into an information society. The intellectual management of hospital and the medical information network covering the earth will breakthrough the time and space distinguishment and the old setup. These three transformations will give a strong shock to the valuation, function, structure and space pattern of hospital.
