摘要
川东北地区是中国石化、中国石油两大公司的重点勘探区域,但由于该地区地质情况异常复杂,目的层深且存在"斜、塌、喷、漏、硬、毒"等工程技术难题,因而钻井难度大且风险高。通过优化深井井身结构,以尽可能少的套管程序封隔地层必封点,从而最终安全、高效地完成地质目的是钻井工程设计的最终目的。根据川东北复杂的地质特点,提出了以ф273.1 mm非常规系列套管代替常规的ф244.5 mm技术套管,向上向下延伸而得到开眼尺寸不扩大,完井尺寸尽可能大的井身结构优化设计思路,并针对川东北不同构造特点推荐了4种相应的井身结构方案。对不同井身结构的特点进行了分析总结,指出了仍存在的主要问题,提出了进一步完善该井身结构系列相配套的技术研究内容。
The Northeast Sichuan area is the key exploration area of Sinopec and CNPC. While drilling operations in this area have high risk and severe difficulties due to complex geological environment, deep target zone and technique challenges including deviation, wellbore collapse, circulation loss, low drillability, and toxic, etc. Through casing structure optimization to reduce the number of casing string, the well can be drilled safely and economically. According to the complex geological characteristics, the idea of large casing structure was proposed, in which the φ273.1 mm was used to substitute φ244.5 mm to achieve a large production hole size. Four corresponding well structures were suggested. This paper summarized characteristics of different casing structure, pointed out main problems and proposed corresponding research areas to improve the casing structure.
