摘要
川东北海相勘探取得重大突破,普光气田是目前四川盆地已发现的最大天然气田,其开发已经纳入国家“十一五”重大工程——川气东送工程,但是常规的钻井液钻井技术不能满足普光气田及川东北工区快速勘探开发的需要,为此,试验、推广应用了气体钻井技术,大幅度提高了普光气田及川东北工区上部陆相地层的钻井速度。气体钻井较常规的钻井液钻井提速效果明显,平均机械钻速提高了3~8倍,单井钻井周期缩短了60~90d,严重漏失、井斜等复杂问题得到了较好控制,技术经济效益显著,已经成为加快普光气田及川东北工区开发的核心钻井技术。分析了气体钻井施工中应重点考虑的“十大”问题,详细介绍了川东北地区气体钻井技术的应用情况,并对其与常规钻井液钻井的经济效益进行了对比,指出了气体钻井目前存在的主要问题和攻关方向。
A lot of progress has been obtained in exploration of marine bed in Northeast Sichuan area. The development of Puguang gas field, which is the largest gas field in Sichuan basin so far, was one of eleventh five-year national project, namely the west-east gas transmission (WEGT). However, the conventional drilling technology with liquid drilling fluids cannot meet requirement for rapid exploration and development of Puguang gas field. Therefore, the gas drilling technology has been widely used to improve the penetration rate in Puguang gas field and Northeast Sichuan area. Gas drilling technology increased the drilling speed greatly compared with conventional fluid drilling. The penetration rate was increased 3-8 times, the single well drilling cycle was decreased for 60-90 days, serious leakage, borehole deviation, and other complex issues were controlled. Gas drilling technology has been a core technique of Puguang and Northeast Sichuan gas field exploitation.
