摘要
采用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂辊压浸注桦木单板,通过热压定型得到树脂增强重组材。探讨不同树脂固体含量、辊压压榨率和热压压力对板材吸水厚度膨胀率、静曲强度、顺纹抗拉强度、胶合强度等性能的影响。结果表明,树脂固体含量50%、辊压压榨率20%、热压压力2.0 MPa时,重组材的物理力学性能指标综合水平较佳。
To improve the performance of veneer-based panel products, melamine-formaldehyde resin was impregnated into each individual Birch veneer by roller-pressing before lamination. The effects of resin content, compression rate of the roller-pressing, and pressure during hot-pressing were evaluated for selected panel properties including thickness swell, modulus of rupture, tensile strength, and internal bond strength. The results showed that with 50% resin content, 20%compression ratio, and 2.0 MPa pressure during hot pressing to make the reconstituted veneer lumber, performance of the lumber could meet the desirable specifications.
