摘要
城乡收入差距扩大给社会的长期稳定和经济的持续发展带来了隐患。采取积极措施,制定有效政策,遏制和逐步缩小收入差距,成为构建社会主义和谐社会的一项基础性工作。通过完善农村分配制度为切入点,关注"三农"问题,缩小城乡收入差距,推动建设社会主义和谐社会的进程。
The present eye-catching issue exerting certain influence on the process of harmonious society construction lies in the expansion of the income gap between city and country. Although our country＇ s income gap increases under such circumstance that people＇ s income has been improved on a entire scale, along with its increasing expansion some underlying latent problems related to the long-term social stability and the steady development of economy have sprung up. Consequently, taking positive measures, establishing effective policies and shrinking the income gap have become one of the fundamental tasks of the harmonious society construction. Treating the country distribution system as the breakthrough point, this essay put its concem on the issue of ＂San-Nong＂ , aiming at helping enhance the procedure of the socialist harmonious society construction.
