"民工潮"背景下的农村家庭发生了一系列变化,养老问题、家庭稳定以及子女教育问题凸显。解决这些问题需要各级政府和基层组织发挥主动性,城乡结合,多管齐下,保证新农村建设又好又快进行。
In the background of ＂The Tide of Migrant Laborers＂ , rural families have had a series of changes, problems such as providing for the aged, family stability and their children＇s education have been highlighted. To solve these problems needs governments at all levels and grass-roots organizations play initiative, rural and urban combination, work along many lines, which ensure the construction of new rural economy performed faster and better.
