摘要
和谐校园是一个具有吸引力的校园。心理契约的形成是构建和谐校园的基础。文章提出,应当在作为规范—功利性组织的学校中推行建立在心理契约基础上的全面报酬制度,在保障教师职业安全的同时,发挥教师民主参与的积极性,提升教师主体意识,使学校成为教师成长的花园。
This paper points out the schools as normative utilitarian organization should carry out overall pay institution based on the psychological contract. On the basis of assuring the teachers＇ vocation security, to use the teachers＇ enthusiasm for democratic participation, to enhance the teachers＇ principal sense and enable schools to become the garden of the teachers＇ growth.
