Exploring to the Talent Training Model of the Economics and Management Specialty based on the Requirement of Future Society

摘要 通过分析当前经管类专业人才培养存在的主要问题:人格培养缺位、重知识传递轻思维培养、没有引导学生做出科学的职业生涯发展规划,提出从人格、知识、思维、能力等四个维度,建立基于未来诉求的"四维一体"的经管类专业人才培养模式,并对与之配套的课程体系、教学方法、考核评价、师资配备等内容做了有益的探索。 Through analyzing the existing problems of the talent training of the economics and management specialty now, such as the default personality cultivation, attaching importance to the knowledge delivery and despise the thought training, not guiding a student to make out a scientific plan of the development of occupation career, the article suggests the four-dimensional: personality, knowledge, thinking and ability, construct a "four-dimension" model of talent training for the economics and management specialty, and probe into the content of the curriculum system, the teaching method, appraisal and check, teachers preparation which form a complete set with the "fourdimension".
