摘要
澳大利亚高校人力资源开发与管理经过长期的实践积累,已经形成了一套比较完备的理念、制度和工作体系。本文结合我国高校的状况,从学校品牌的树立、优秀人才的吸引、用人机制的健全、管理措施的完善等方面对澳大利亚高校人力资源开发与管理的基本做法和特点进行述评。
Human resources development and management in university of Australian have already formed a set of more complete idea, system and working system by the long-term practice accumulation. The article reviews the basic method and characteristic of the human resources development and management in Australian university from the establishing of school brand, attraction of outstanding talents, sound of employing mechanism, completion of control measures etc. by combining the state of the university of our country.
