摘要
我国地方高校普遍存在办学理念趋同,办学模式缺乏鲜明特色,人才培养与社会对人才需求的多样化脱节,在相同类型与层次上的竞争严重制约了办学特色的形成,并造成有限资源的重复投资。地方高校在激烈的市场竞争中,如何深入分析自身条件,有效地获取资源,优化内部运行,创建办学特色,提高竞争力是当前急需解决的课题。
The local colleges and universities mainly have the similar idea of running a school, the model of running a school is short of the distinct characteristics, talent training is disjointed with the diversification that society needs, the competition at the same type and level restricting the forming of the characteristic of running a school, and cause the repetitive investment of limited resource in our country. How to analyze the own conditions, obtain the resources effectively, optimize the inside operation, form the characteristics of running a school, and improve the competition power are the urgent subject of the local colleges and universities which are in fierce market competition.
