摘要
留学潮是近年来社会和学术界关注的热点,它对我国教育和经济等各方面事业的发展都具有深远影响。从供给方和需求方驱动留学潮的成因分析,以及对留学潮所产生的积极影响和消极影响的经济学研究与归纳,以期为后续的相关研究和国家制定出国留学政策奠定基础。
The tide of studying abroad is the hotspot which the society and academic circle paid attention to in recent years; it produces a profound influence to the development of education and economy, etc. in our country. Analyzing the supply and the demand which promote the cause of formation of the tide of studying abroad, and carry out the economics research and induce to the positive and negative influence of the tide of studying abroad, the article expect to establish the foundation for the following research on the tide of studying abroad and the nation to make the policy.
