摘要
教师教学风格的形成是教师专业化发展的必然要求,应该成为每一位教师追求的理想目标。虽然教学风格有各种各样的外在表现形式,但不同教学风格形成的内在机制是基本相似的,它包括:心理机制、内在决定因素、内在发展阶段。
The formation of teachers' teaching-styles is the inevitable request of teachers' specialization-development. So it should become the perfect goal of every teacher aspiring after. Although teaching-styles have various exterior forms, the immanent mechanism of different teaching styles' formation is basically similar. This immanent mechanism includes psychological mechanism, immanent crucial factors and immanent seedtimes.
