摘要
辽宁于2005年底提出的以"五点一线"为重点,建设沿海经济带,打造沿海经济强省的发展战略,是高屋建瓴的谋划,符合科学发展观关于协调发展的基本要求。"五点一线"战略要取得突出的绩效,就须统筹兼顾各个方面的发展、有机联动各个环节的发展、好快推进各个步骤的发展。
Liaoning province made the development strategy at the end of 2005 to construct the economic areas near the sea and build itself economically powerful among the coastal provinces, with the emphasis of the “five spots in a line”. This strategy is the foresight plans and in conform with the basic request of the scientific outlook of development about coordinative development. In order to get the excellent achievements of the strategy, we must systemically consider the development of every aspects, organically interact the development of each link and prompt every process as well as quickly.
