摘要
目的:为我国医药零售企业推广应用自动化药房系统提供参考。方法:分析欧娲(ROWA)自动化药房系统在上海市第一医药商店运行后为其带来的改变,并统计、分析ROWA系统运行前、后1年时间的相关数据。结果:ROWA系统的应用提高了工作效率,节省了空间,优化了管理,增加了药品销售额。结论:ROWA系统在"第一医药"应用是成功的,但考虑到成本,ROWA系统更适用于大城市特别是处于黄金地段有相当销售量的大型医药零售企业。
OBJECTIVE： To facilitate the application of automated pharmacy systems in Chinese pharmaceutical retail business. METHODS： The changes brought about by the application of the ROWA automated pharmacy systems in Shanghai No. 1 Pharmacy were analyzed and the relative data at 1 year before and after the application of the ROWA system were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Due to the automatic sales system, the working efficiency has been improved, the space was saved, the management has been optimized and the sales volume of drugs has been increased in Shanghai No .1 pharmacy. CONCLUSION： The application of automated pharmacy systems is successful in Shanghai No.1 Pharmacy, but considering of its high cost, ROWA system is more applicable for big city especially the large-scale pharmaceutical retail business in central location with large drug sales.
