摘要
目的:提升医疗机构执业药师药学服务质量,保障公众安全、有效、经济、适当使用药品。方法:分析医疗机构中执业药师法律保障的现状及存在的问题,阐述强化医疗机构执业药师法律保障的必要性,并探讨可行措施。结果与结论:我国应尽快出台《执业药师法》,以法律的形式保障医疗机构执业药师的合法权益,促进医疗机构实施执业药师制度,完善执业药师的管理,增强执业药师的法律保障意识,提高药学服务质量。
OBJECTIVE： To enhance the quality of pharmaceutical care of licensed pharmacists in medical services, and to ensure safe, effective, economical, and rational use of drugs. METHODS： The status quo and the problems existing in the legal guarantee of licensed pharmacists in medical service were analyzed, and the necessity of reinforcing legal guarantee for licensed pharmacists in medical service and the feasible measures were discussed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： It is urgent to set and enforce ＂Licensed Pharmacist Law＂ to safeguard the legal rights of licensed pharmacists in medical service in the mode of law, facilitate the implementation of licensed pharmacist system in medical service, consummate management on licensed pharmacists, reinforce licensed pharmacists＇ consciousness of legal guarantee, and enhance the quality of pharmaceutical care.
