摘要
本文概述了中国杂交水稻在亚、非、美洲等国家推广的情况与对粮食安全的贡献;分析了杂交水稻国际推广的技术出口、种子引进、人才培养、推广体系等方面存在的制约因素;从国际交流与合作、新品种培养、消除技术出口壁垒、专业人才培训和国际推广体系方面,提出了促进中国杂交水稻技术在国外推广的建议。
This article outlined China hybrid rice in national promotion and so on Asia, Africa and Americas situations and to the food security contribution; and analyzed the restriction factor which hybrid rice international aspects and so on promotion＇s high-tech exports, seed introduction, personnel training, promoted system exist; From the international exchange and cooperations, the new variety raise, eliminate the barrier of high-tech exports, professional training and the international promoted system aspect, proposed promotes China hybrid rice technology in the overseas promoted suggestion
