摘要
本文采用生产函数法,分析了各要素对中西部经济增长的贡献,并利用罗伯特.卢卡斯(Robert Lucas.Jr)的数学模型,测算出中西部地区在四个行业领域的技术与制度方面的后发优势。提出农业产业化、农村工业化、农村城镇化、农民知识化同时实施,共同推进,是变后发潜在优势为后发增长动力,促进中西部区域经济可持续发展的有效选择。
The paper analysis the elements＇ contribution to the central and western economic growth using a production function, and calculate the advantage of backwardness of central and western regions in technical and system aspects of four sectors using Robert Lucas mathematical model. The paper proposes the industrialization of agricultural industrialization, rural industrialization, rural urbanization, and farmer knowledge-based putting into effect at the same time and promoting in concert can change the advantage of backwardness into a driving force for growth of backwardness. It is the effective choice to promote economic sustainable development in central and western regions.
