宫颈分泌物FFN联合宫颈Bishop评分预测足月妊娠临产时间 被引量：3

摘要 目的通过检测宫颈分泌物FFN及宫颈Bishop评分，探讨足月妊娠临产时间的预测。方法对56例孕妇进行宫颈分泌物FFN检测及宫颈Bishop评分，不给予任何干预，观察自然临产。结果宫颈分泌物FFN（＋）组无论宫颈成熟度如何，其在一周内分娩的机率均高于FFN（-）组；FFN在预测分娩发动时间上的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别是93．04％、84．6l％、95．24％、78，57％，高于宫颈Bishop评分。结论宫颈分泌物FFN联合宫颈Bishop评分预测分娩时间，可提高分娩预测的准确性。
