摘要
在应对REACH法规的纺织品生产中,应从避免高度关注物质(SVHC)、危险物质和设计释放物质这三个技术要点来开发染整加工技术。对具有设计释放功能的纺织品,要求注册,并进行评估;对含有高度关注物质的纺织品,要求申请授权生产,并履行通告义务;要限制危险化学物质在纺织品中的使用。
In order to prepare for REACH, new dyeing and finishing technologies should be launched, chemicals concerned a-. bout substances of very high concern （ SVHC）, dangerous substances and. intentionally released substances should be avoi- ded. Under REACH, articles with intentionally released substances are required registration and evaluation, articles with SVHC are required an authorization accompanying notifying the present substances, prohibition of SVHC is also required in textiles.
