摘要
活性染料的染后洗涤工艺耗能耗水量大,排放污水也多,是当前亟待解决的问题。文中较系统地介绍了染色后的洗涤原理、各种洗涤方法和工艺,以及它们的特点及效率。重点介绍了各种固色剂的种类、结构和性能,包括阳离子类、交联类、阴离子类和成膜类固色剂,并分析了它们的优缺点。
Rinsing after reactive dyeing is always concerned with large water consumption and heavy burden on wastewater treatment. This paper systematically introduces washing principle after reactive dyeing, various rinsing methods, as well as their characteristics and efficiencies. Structures and properties of various fixing agents are analyzed in detail, including cationic type, anionic type, as well as film forming type, their advantages and disadvantages are compared. New rinsing routines and innovative fixing agents are put forward.
