摘要
在蜡液中加入油相消泡剂,能防止蜡防印花中钻染透底现象,而减少印花疵病。以往蜡防印花生产中加入普通低温消泡剂和油剂,存在着蜡膜不光滑和气隙仍较严重的缺点。在蜡液中加入适量的油相消泡剂和其它组分,能解决传统蜡防印花生产中存在的蜡酥、气隙和微孔的问题,从而提高蜡印质量。
Oil-based defoamer played an important role in wax resist printing process, disadvantages of conventional low tem- perature defoamer and solvents were analyzed. Suitable oil-based defoamer and other ingredients added to wax solution could solve common problems of wax crisp, air gap and micro pores, therefore, printing quality could be greatly improved.
