Improving the perspiration-light stability of the cotton dyeings

摘要 选择ATTS法人工汗液和改进的AATCC 125—2004测试标准,测试活性染料三原色对棉针织物的耐汗光复合色牢度,发现元青染料及中、浅色品种的汗光牢度较差。通过改进后处理方法和合理选用各类染料,选出部分汗光牢度较好的活性染料品种。试验结果表明,还原染料耐汗光牢度优良,是部分活性染料的最佳替代品。 Artificial perspiration of A-FFS method and revised AATCC 125-2004 testing method were adopted to evaluate the perspiration-light stability of the cotton dyeings with trichromic reactive dyes. It was found that perspiration-light fastness of cyan dyes and fabrics in pale and medium shades were poor. Trials were carried out to screen some reactive dyes with satisfactory light-perspiration stability. It was said that vat dyes could take the place of certain reactive dyes owing to excellent perspiration- light fastness.
