摘要
介绍了Seacell 海藻纤维染整加工流程及工艺关键点，包括卷装前处理、烘干、定形、生物酶处理、烘干、染色和柔软整理。结果表明，采用文中工艺对Seacell纤维面料进行前处理，经活性染料染色后，色牢度等各项指标均达到了设计要求。
This paper introduced technological process and key points in operation of Seacell fiber, such as package pretreat- ment, drying, setting, enzyme treatment, drying, dyeing and softening. Results showed that the above process could impart Seacell fabric satisfactory quality, it could meet the design requirements.
