摘要 面对世界范围内石油价格飞涨,能源供应日趋紧张的现状,从解决"三农"问题、加强环境保护和保障能源安全等方面,从自然界里筛选出一株发酵木糖产乙醇酵母T011,通过正交试验确定了利用T011发酵玉米秸秆生产乙醇的最佳条件:发酵温度为34℃,发酵周期为60h,转速为80r/min,接种量为6%,纤维素酶用量为40IU/g底物。在此条件下,乙醇产率为0.131g/g原料。 Facing the present situation of the rapid rise in the gasoline price in the world and increasingly serious shortage of the energy supply, The fuel ethanol production with corn stalk was discussed from aspects of solving the problems concerning the agriculture, strengthening the environmental protection, and guaranteeing the energy security etc. in the thesis. In the thesis, a strain To, that could ferment the xylose to ethanol was screened and the fermentation conditions of the ethanol production by the corn stalk were studied by the orthogonal experiment. The optimal conditions of the strain T01, fermenting corn stalk to ethanol were: cultivate temperature 34℃, fermentation time 6Oh, rotation rate 80r/min, inoculation rate 6%, the ceilulase weight 40IUFP/g(dried corn stalk). The ethanol production could reach 131kg ethanol per ton corn stalk on above optimized conditions.
