摘要
文章介绍一种基于Intel8051单片机及其外围扩展系统组成的一个16×64LED汉字点阵屏系统。系统采用VB编写上位机程序,对字模进行提取、编码及转化,由PC机通过串行口发送子程序将点阵代码发送到下位机的EEPROM(62256)中,单片机通过驱动电路将汉字信息在点阵屏上显示出来。
This paper introduces a 16 × 64 led Chinese characters dot matrix screen system, which is based on Intel 8051 and made up of a microcontroller--based system and its peripheral expansion. The Chinese characters dot matrix screen adopts the preparation of procedures of VB system, Zimu extraction, coding and conversion, and sends the subroutine code by pc--through serial port to the lattice--bit EEPROM. SCM through the drive circuit information in Chinese characters will be displayed on--screen matrix.
