The Improvement and Application of Screw Plate Loading Test Device

摘要 本文通过工程实践,针对螺旋板载荷试验的深度超深问题,将现行螺旋板载荷试验设备加以改进,使其测试深度大大增加,实现了同一钻孔不同深度的多次试验、螺旋板板头的重复使用。同时,结合工程实践数据进行分析、验证,证实改进后深层螺旋板载荷试验的成果真实,数据可靠,同时有效地扩大了试验深度,节约了野外试验成本,提高了试验效益。 In this paper, testing depth limit in screw plate loading test (SPLT) has been greatly improved by ameliorating the present SPLT facility in engineering practice. With the improved SPLT experimental devices, the test depth in the experiment increases dramatically, and several tests can be conducted in the same borehole in different depths by repeatedly using the screw plate head. The testing results obtained by the improved SPLT devices are validated by analyzing the engineering practical data and the results are approved to be actual and liable. By using the improved test devices, testing depth in SPLT increases, and the tests conducted in the open field have been made more beneficial and economical.
