摘要
为方便用户定时检修和更换矿山车用发动机气缸壁,提高矿山车用发动机的使用经济性,利用非等间隔灰色预测理论,依据某矿山车用发动机气缸壁磨损量的部分非等间隔检测数据,对该矿山车用发动机的气缸壁磨损量进行了预测。结果表明,该预测模型的预测结果与矿山车用发动机气缸壁实际寿命基本一致,具有较高的预测精度。
In order to facilitate regular maintenance and replacement of automotive engine cylinder wall in the mine, and improve the economy of vehicle engines. Based on the detecting non - equidistant data about abrasion of engine cylinder wall, the abrasion of engine cylinder wall was forecasted by using of non - equidistant gray theory. The results reveal that the prediction results are basically identical with the actual service life of the cylinder wall in the mine, and the non- equidistant gray forecast model is high precision.
