摘要
基于实验室的C’-B型数控五坐标专用机床,分析并实现了该专用机床基于PMAC控制系统的离散轨迹数据压缩处理算法,并针对该系统深入研究了基于速度约束的走刀轨迹插补算法,利用C++语言编制了相应的算法处理程序。实践证明算法程序能较好地满足该专用机床的加工需求,具有重要的工程应用价值。
Based on the lab's C' - B special five- axis NC machine tool, analyze and achieve the algorithm about how to compress the discrete data of trajectory which would be run with PMAC NC system. And against the NC machine tool to research the trajectory interpolator algorithm based on velocity inhibited. The related dispose program based on above algorithm had been completed by C + + . The result of practical application shows that the algorithm and program can meet the special NC machine tool well in industry production and have important application value for engineering.
