摘要 稳健设计是提高产品质量的有效方法。物理规划法是一种高效的多目标优化设计方法,与设计人员的工程经验紧密相联。介绍了物理规划法的基本原理,将该方法引入到稳健优化设计中,建立了稳健优化设计的物理规划法模型,通过求解补偿滑轮组变幅机构的稳健优化问题,验证了该方法的有效性。 The robust design is an effective method to improve products quality. The physical programming is a multi- objective mathematical programming formulation that is used to model engineering decisions involving multiple trade- offs. The physical programming is introduced to robust optimization design, and mathematic model of a compromise DSP for robust optimization design is presented. The proposed method applied to the design problem of the compensation of pulley block in derricking mechanism and the result shows that is an effective and useful method.
