摘要
由于T形带式输送机在结构上和驱动方式上与普通带式输送机的不同,其设计计算方法也有很大不同。通过受力分析,从理论上推导出了单个驱动点上的正压力和水平转弯半径的表达式,验证了T形带式输送机可实现小曲率半径转弯,为其设计计算提供了理论依据。
Because the different structures and the way of drive between T- type conveyor and ordinary belt conveyor, the design and calculation methods are also different. Through the stress analysis, it derived the pressure on a single driving point and the expression of horizontal curves radius. It confinnes T - type conveyor can make a small radius of horizontal curves, provides a theoretical calctdation basis for the design and calculation.
