摘要
主要介绍了大倾角带式输送机的工作原理及选型设计方法,并依据给定的设计参数对输送机的驱动装置、传动滚筒、托辊等主要部件进行了选型设计。经使用证明,所设计的带式输送机的起动和运转性能好且整机成本低,满足设计要求。
The principle and design methods are introduced, and the drive, transmission roller and support roller are selected also. After application, it proves that the large - inclined angle belt conveyor not only has good start and work performance, but also can meet the design demand.
