摘要
以网络环境下图书馆信息资源服务体系为研究对象,从资源层面、服务层面做了初步的研究。在资源层面,着重阐述了充分利用本馆信息资源,合理开发网上免费资源;在服务层面,首先,阐述了要明确服务的对象,积极地调查用户的需求,接着分析了几种新的服务方式:建立网络虚拟参考咨询系统、设置个性化的服务平台、完善馆际互借服务、开设图书馆博客、论坛等栏目。最后指出要加强图书馆员的素质,更好地为用户服务。
In this paper, a preliminary research on the service system of network environment library information Resources was did from the resources and service levels. For the level of resources, the full use of library information resources and rational development of free resources online was expatiated. For the level of service, first of all, indicated that clients should be clear and the needs of users should be investigated actively, and then analyzed several new service mode： found the network virtual reference system, set up personalized services platform, improve intedibrary inter-sharing services, create library blog, forums and other columns. Finally, this paper pointed out that it was necessary to strengthen the quality of librarians and gave the much better service for all the users.
