摘要
通过对图书馆职业需求与图书馆学教育之间的不匹配现象的分析,本文提出改变图书馆学教育培养目标来适应图书馆实践的需求,即培养图书馆管理硕士(MLA),并简要论述了这一培养目标的课程设置、教学方法、师资建设等。
There are some dismatching phenomenon between the library vocational need and professional education. This paper analyzed the reasons and pointed out changing the goal of library education to adapt the library vocational need, that was the Master Library Administration's (MLA) training. At the end, the author also analyzed the curriculum design, education method, faculty construction of MLA.
