摘要
从认知心理角度分析,情报分析过程是情报分析人员头脑内信息加工系统的工作过程,在这一过程中存在元认知,元认知在信息加工系统中处于支配地位,能控制调节各种信息加工活动,并能促进情报分析人员思维的创新。研究情报分析人员的元认知有助于提高情报分析质量。本文分析了情报分析人员元认知的几个方面,并提出了提高情报分析人员元认知能力的措施。
From the angle of cognitive psychology, the intelligence analysis processing can be regarded as intelligence analysts＇ cognitive processing, metacognifion exists in this processing, and metacognifion is ascendancy in the processing, which is the master of other information processing and advances the ideation. So studing the metacognifion of the intelligence analysts helped to improve the quality of intelligence analysis. This thesis analyzed several aspects of intelligence analysts＇ metacognition, and put forward strategies to optimize the metacognition.
