摘要
步入21世纪后,知识服务逐渐成为图书情报界的研究热点之一。为准确了解研究进展,以CNKI数字出版平台为依据,统计2001-2007年有关知识服务的论文,对这方面的论文分布、研究路向做分析,并就理清重要概念,倡导应用研究试做讨论。
In the 21^th century, knowledge service has become a hot spot in library and information circles. In order to accurately understand the research progress, this article statistically collected the papers about knowledge service from 2001 to 2007 and analyzed the papers distribution and research direction based on CNKI digital publishing plat-form. Finally it discussed some important concepts and how to promote application research.
