摘要
本文从国家与区域、行业和企业的层面综述了国内外信息科技投入效益的研究,指出现有研究中存在的不足,提出今后的研究方向。
This paper reviewed the study on the value of information science and technology investment from nation and region, industry, enterprise level. It also pointed out the deficiency of existing research, and put forward directions for future research.
