摘要
目的了解山东省莘县居民饮水砷含量情况。方法采取抽样调查方法选择莘县5个乡(镇),用半定量方法筛查水砷含量,重点乡(镇)扩大水样采集面积,用原子荧光法定量测定水砷含量。结果5个乡(镇)25个自然村750份水样,水砷含量在0-0.3mg/L之间,检出砷含量超标水样16份,主要集中在古城镇;对古城镇3个重点村庄进行水样普查,258份样品中33份超标,占12.77%;对受高砷危害人群流行病学调查772名,检出疑似地方性砷中毒患者1人。结论莘县古城镇存在砷含量超标水井。
Objective To understand the arsenic content situation of drinking water in Shen county of Shandong Province. Methods The sample investigation method was adopted and 5 towns 25 villages were selected to collect the water sampies. The water arsenic content was determined by half - quantitative fast reagent kit for screen samples, and All water samples for 3 villages of Gucheng were re - determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results Screening was carried out in 750 water samples and the range of water arsenic contents were 0-0.3mg/L. Of all samples, 16 were exceeding the standard, and the ultra samples were distributed in 3 villages of Gucheng town. In 258 water wells investigated, 33 were exceeding the standard samples, and accounting for 12.77%. In the investigated 772 residents, 1 suspicious patients were checked out. Conclusions The water arsenic content ultra wells were true existence in Gucheng town of Shen county.
