摘要
目的测量大骨节病患者内、外上髁关节间隙,比较不同程度病人内、外上髁关节间隙差异。方法对80例40岁以上典型病人拍摄双侧膝关节X线片,测量内、外上髁膝关节间隙,记录测量结果,进行t检验和方差分析。结果伴随病情加重,患者外上髁膝关节间隙呈明显变窄趋势,内上髁较外上髁狭窄更为明显。结论成人大骨节病患者膝关节间隙明显变窄,以内上髁关节面为重。
Objective To compare the difference of knee joint space in variant serious adults＇ Kaschin - Beck disease （KBD） patients, inner epicondyle and outer epicondyle were scaled. Methods Bilateral knee X - ray of 80 typical patients aged above 40 was taken and knee joint space was scaled, t - test and ANOVA was done. Results Knee joints space of adult patients narrows obviously, more serious more narrowing. Inner epicondyle is more narrowing than outer epicondyle. Conclusion Joint space of adults＇ Kaschin - Beck disease patients presented narrowing obviously, especially in inner epieondyle.
