手法复位配合小夹板固定治疗科雷氏骨折95例临床研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨手法复位配合小夹板固定治疗科雷氏骨折的治疗方法、操作要领及提高疗效的关键。方法采用手法复位配合小夹板固定治疗科雷氏骨折，特别强调整复过程中保持前臂中立位，注意拔伸、整复、固定及功能锻炼等每一个环节的操作要点。结果手法复位配合小夹板固定治疗科雷氏骨折95例，取得了100％的优良率。结论治疗科雷氏骨折应按骨折规律进行，熟练掌握操作要领及技巧，力求骨折愈合与功能恢复同步进行。手法复位与小夹板固定是一种理想的治疗方法。
