摘要
基于Z-记分偏差分析原理,对13个实验室的原子发射光谱仪进行了润滑油金属含量检测比对试验。先利用格拉布斯检验法对离群值进行剔除,然后对余下的数据用经典统计法进行分析和评价,以判定实验室间检测量值的准确一致性。
Based on Z - Score variance analysis principle, comparison tests in 13 laboratories for metal content measuring in lubrication oil by atomic emission spectrometer were performed. In order to determine the veracity and consistency of metal content measuring in lubrication oil between laboratories, Grubbs test method was used to judge and get rid of the outlier firstly, then, classical statistics was adopted to analyze and appraise the remainder.
