摘要
采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定装饰用焊接不锈钢管的镍含量,测定波长为232.0 nm。试验数据表明,本法对样品测定结果的相对标准偏差小于4%,在国家标准GB/T 223.25-1994方法规定的重复性范围内,对标准样品测定结果与国标法测定结果的偏差满足规定要求。检测耗时约是GB/T 223.25-1994方法的1/5。本方法是一种实用、高效。
Nickel content in welded stainless steel pipe for decoration was determined fast by flame atomic absorption spectro-photometry, and the wavelength of determination was 232.0 nm. The experimental data showed that the relative standard deviation of testing results was less than 4% , and the errors of testing results were within the repeatability range given by GB/T 223.25 - 1994 method. The detection results deviation between the method and standard method meet the requirement. The testing time of the proposed method was about 1/5 of the time of the GB/T 223.25 - 1994 method. The method was practical, efficient and accurate for determining nickel content in welded stainless steel pipes.
