摘要
利用AAS法对TC10钛合金中铁、锡、铜含量进行同时测定。将试样经盐酸-氟硼酸溶解后,加入锶盐以消除基体钛及其它元素对铁的干扰,在标准曲线绘制中加入钛以消除基体对锡测定的干扰。测定铁、锡、铜的线性范围分别为0.004-0.02mg/mL、0.024-0.056mg/mL、0.004-0.02mg/mL,加标回收率为96.0%-108.0%,RSD为1.8%-3.3%(n=5)。用AAS法与ICP法对同一样品进行测定,两种方法的测定结果基本一致。
AAS method was used for determination of Fe, Sn and Cu in TCIO titanium alloy. Strontium salt was added to the specimen after hydrochloric acid - fluoboric acid dissolution to eliminate disturbance of substrate titanium and other elements to Fe.The titanium was added to eliminate the substrate disturbance to Sn when the standard curve was drawn. The linearity range of Fe, Sn and Cu determination were 0.004 - 0.02 mg/mL, 0.024 -0.056 mg/mL, 0.004 -0.02 mg/mL respectively. The recoveries obtained by the standard addition test were 96.0% - 108.0%, RSD was 1.8% - 3.3% ( n = 5 ). The determination results of AAS method and ICP method were basically consistent.
